A recruiter reached out to me regarding a Sr software engineer (kubernetes) role. What do they pay in the Bay Area? 5YOE, 310k

What ranges do you guys have? P3 - senior?
Yeah p1-p6. P3 is senior, P6 is the elusive Senior Principal. I'm in a tier 2 city in terms of pay, but even in tier 1 cities like SF/NYC 310k TC isn't happening. Our stock just went to shit overnight 2 days ago as well, but maybe that means it's the best time to get in, only time will tell.
Max for senior would be around 200k base. Have no clue about variable comp though.
My recruiter mentioned something like 150k rsu grant. Which is meh.
