It was my last attempt at H1b and I wanted Google to apply for my H1b. They had a deadline before which candidates should sign offer to be considered in the H1b lottery via Google. After interview feedback it just left me two days to team match and do offer negotiation to make the deadline. Because of which I wasn’t able to negotiate properly and I had to forcefully sign the offer with Google. My Google offer was 327k for L4 with 3 years of experience but I had a couple of 350k+ offers while negotiation but for Google to match them they required extra approvals for which we did not had enough time.
My H1b lottery got picked via google and microsoft. I am getting stocks + bonus worth 80k via Microsoft in August which I would like to take.
My question is should I ask Google now to give me extra money or match the money which I am getting from Microsoft which I am leaving on the table after my offer is signed? Or should I interview at more places for better TC and join new company in November after h1b transfer?
Google TC: 327k Bay area L4 3.5 YOE
Current TC : 220k
