Seeking feedback on Pega Systems culture and compensation

How is Pega Systems to work at? I have an offer in their professional services group but not familiar with the company culture and growth opportunities. Their Stock has been doing average and they are not a leader in their space. Is it even worth joining at a Director level? Also, what compensation package can I expect (base/bonus/stocks)?

Engineering side, product will dominate everything. Product only cares about pushing new features, not doing proper engineering.
Our products are just terrible and confusing, we have to use everything internally and it just plain sucks. Very slow, breaks several times a week; no effort to fix anything.
Engineering directors here feel like a normal engineering manager at other companies. Other roles feel two levels behind compared to their counter parts.
Very top heavy approach to leadership, our CEO and CPO (Alan and Kerim) will literally change teams/orgs backlogs and road maps based on demos they want or just massive pivots. As a result everyone feels like they are running around with their heads cut off like chickens.
There's no real vision here, we're just copying other successful products poorly.
