- quit AMZN while in dev list in q1
- turned down an MSFT offer after acceptance
- joined OCI in q2
I am planning a next move early next year cuz I feel OCI is moving way slower than AMZN and is full of incompetent senior guys resting on their $$$.
The problem is that I may be on AMZN and MSFT's black list for different reasons. No boomerang 😂 Excluding the biggest employers in this area, there don't seem to be any cool places.
Failed Google onsite in May, gotta wait until next May before re-apply.
I don't like Facebook's business model as well as their horrible pip system like AMZN.
Uber and Lyft are filing IPO. Maybe not the best time to join has gone?
Any recommendations?

You are moving around too much too quickly. I would be concerned that such short cycles at companies is going to hurt your resume and ability see projects through. It's a big investment for companies to hire and train someone who up and leaves.
