Please help with deciding between companies!
I got email confirmation from 3 companies, and now I am waiting for the formal offer phone call. 1) Zillow: P3 2) Mailchimp: Senior SWE 3) SurveyMonkey (now Momentive): SWE III I will update the post as soon as I get the offer numbers. Can you guys please help me choose? I loved talking with interviewers from Zillow and Mailchimp. Current TC: ~200K YOE: ~7 Location: Phoenix, AZ Highest Degree: MS Update 1 (07/21/2021): SurveyMonkey’s final offer after negotiations ~200k (almost same as my current TC). I won’t reveal the split. Not gonna lie…TC is a big factor with your options. All things (including TC) being equal, I would probably choose Zillow for their work culture and problem space.

Did the Mailchimp recruiter at least give you insight on the pay band? We are just now starting to share pay bands publicly on job postings.
Svmk P3 is not senior, with 7 YOE I would expect P4.. It's really hard to get promoted once you get in, depending on how good you are with politics Also be aware of which team you're joining, some of the orgs are straight up toxic.
Would second that, don't join Surveymonkey. Very very hard to get promoted unless you are white or play really good politics. Not a meritocratic environment. Won't have any growth. DONT join
Mailchimp seems pretty unabashedly toxic, so really anywhere else
