Lol the way that you guys react to this post is funny af. I simply ask which company pay 230k new grads, and you guys are putting Jedi shit at me lmao. Had a few good laughs with my friends. I actually don't need you guys to list the company. I simply want to make sure I didn't miss out any good TC company. I'll list it for you guys actually Janestreet, Two Sigma, Citadel, other quant firms, Dropbox, Airbnb, Snap, FB, Google(if high competing offer), Lyft, Brex(all cash with competing offer). This is what I've noticed. Low TC people reacted first and thoughts these TC's are impossible which is quite frankly why they have low TC. High TC or TC optimized people reacted later with some good insights. Really a shame that people can't share their TC or ask for higher TC openly anymore, which is the point of anonymous forum like this in the first place.

GTFO Why the tagged companies?

Why 320? Why not tree fiddy?
Lol dude get some experience first.
Lol gtfo
This dude is in for a rude awakening when he discovers the real world. The entitlement is strong with this one.
I have 225K and 220K offers from Snap and FB respectively, but I really don't want to settle for only that much. I am also interviewing with Jane Street and have a verbal offer from Citadel which the recruiter stated would be above 300K, but I'm not sure I want to go into finance. Ultimately I just want to be fairly compensated while still working on something I enjoy. Is that too much to ask?
The force is definitely not with this dude. Much he must learn before he can call himself a Jedi
230k for a new grad? Holy lord, where does that happen?
