If you'd try to keep the tier 3 sympathy gaining tactics aside and highlight your DSA skills while asking for a referral, people will help you. You have a good LC count. Why not let people focus on that instead
Bro why you are switching so early. First get proper experience Company generally hire for engineers more than 2-3+ exp So stay there for some time Learn a bit on project, make strong resume resume then apply
