I have had two interviews in past 2 days, yesterday and today. One that I did yesterday, I took it as a practice for better companies, and I got rejected from design challenge exercise. 😞 Although I considered it practice, it just feels bad to be rejected... Company that I did interview today is what I really want, because they have better TCs according to Blind, better future and better reviews..
Please share some inspirational stories where you got rejected by lower tier companies but got offers from companies that you really wanted or from FAANG or what not.

      What do you make of feedback call by recruiter? Is it worth it or waste of time that I can do my own self reflection?

      Recruiter feedback can't hurt. They sometimes call out something you hadn't considered. However, looking up the answers to the questions online and comparing it to your answer from the interview is the way.

    My only internship offer was a big company. Got rejected from over 100 smaller places.

    But there is no dream job. I don’t dream of labor.

    Idk if any job is a dream job in my book, but I got rejected from a ton of places, got an Apple offer as well as Etsy and 7 other places and took this one obviously. Rejected by shitty companies like Brex, didn’t get far with G, got rejected by FB, stopped the process with Netflix, and not touching Amazon with a 10 foot pole.

  • Went from college to drop out to a warehouse back to college and got my dream job after risking it all for an internship at it. Still working it to this day and it never gets old.
