Please vote for the company with the WORST recruiting process
I create this poll because recently I have been through the recruiting process of this four and have extreme good and bad experiences. Would love to see if people feel the same. Hope the relevant people can see the results and make some changes to the company. I think bad recruiting process really cause the company lose lots of talents with multiple offers.
Google is a mess. Takes months. Really messes with your timing of getting competing offers at the same time.
Need to add Netflix

Microsoft easily has the worst process. Had no call no shows to my final interview loop and a mountain of issues with just scheduling the loop. Couldnt even reach the 2 recruiters on the posting to figure out what was going on. I withdrew my application shortly after.
I gave up Amazon anyways!

Just got my verbal offer from Facebook, the entire process was an absolute pleasure over the last 7 weeks
Cant believe google is below Microsoft, The time they take is incredibly slow
Google is quite thorough and established though. MSFT process is messy and the least rigorous.
+1, I immediately thought Google would be at the top.
