How many hours per week do software engineers work in Citadel? I am not asking for quantitative researchers or traders.

If someone knows some data points, please help me in making my decision.

    Wow, so many people have voted 60+ hours. It is seriously making me consider declining the offer. More money != More happiness (if you don't get time to spend that money)

      I shared the package in another thread. It is 225 recurring and 75 signing. This is for new grad but I negotiated a lot.

    • Oh sorry, didn't see the other thread. So I worked at optiver. So if it is much help they should be somewhat similar so you should definitely expect 60+ hours

      On the other hand once you reach senior level you are looking at 500k-1mil per year so it does pay
