Goldman Sachs Interviewers Sucks
Goldman Sachs sucks. there interviews are like college viva. Interviewer on higher level should learn to take interviews rather than grilling candidate to expect keyword from him. As each candidate has its own way of explaining things. I am happy that I got this thing noticed in interview this shows how fucked up culture they have atlast it's a bank. I am thinking to dropoff from the process as I have interview scheduled for google. #tech #faang #google
They have some problems. One of my friend attended last month. After virtual on-site they selected him. Feedback was positive and asked for which role you wanted. Then again one more round they kept and rejected without a reason. He has another offer. Just moved.
Why moving from Tech to Finance? Yes GS recruitment process is terrible

I recently interviewed for a SRE position and my experience was very positive. All of my interviewers were ex google/apple/facebook employees with 15+ YOE and they were very satisfied with their compensation.
Some of our SRE’s are the best.
SRE is one of the few areas GS are investing in. If only they invested as much in all areas then it might actually be a decent place for technologists
