Mild rant post.
It's been more than 2 weeks since my onsite, and there has absolutely been no communication from Facebook London. I sort of get it that it's a reject, but after one has put more than a month into the prep, the least they deserve is to get transparent communication about how they did.
I even think it's in the best interest of Facebook to provide feedback on the gaps so that the candidate would want to apply again in the future. I am sure FB doesn't give a fuck about me in particular, but I wouldn't want to interview again after this experience.
