Pre-IPO companies hiring new grads?

Hi! I was wondering if anyone has reccommendations for pre-ipo companies that can make it big, that are hiring newgrads? I know these can go either way, but I'd be interested in anything with like 250-500m+ eval that I believe can hit something like 5b. Sometimes its hard to get these companies on the radar. For example I really liked the idea behind the company "acorns", but by the time I found out about them I think they're already near IPOing.

I kinda feel like I've "missed out" by having not graduated sooner, which I know is silly, but like I was at Square before the crazy stock boom, and if I had like 100k in stock I'd be living pretty good right now lol. I also got an offer from Bolt, which has 18x'd its eval in 18 months... But I was an intern, and I'm only now looking for new grad roles. So yeah, I know this might be a dumb question, but anyone have any reccommendations, as I'm now looking for newgrad roles?
