Here is my prediction: WeWork = Bankrupt Compass = Bankrupt Common stock for both companies is WORTHLESS right now. Feel bad for employees who exercised 10s and 100s of thousands in shares hoping to strike rich.
You left out Softbank acquisition (mandatory takeover) option.
This is why I don't go to companies that give options that you have 90 days to exercise once you leave. 7 years or RSUs.
Didn't know some companies give 7 years to exercise options. Interesting
It's a newer thing some of the companies are starting to do. Definitely isn't super widespread but there's some unicorns that do. Quora, Asana, Coinbase, and Pinterest (before IPO) have these policies.
The CEO’s face...
Compass isn’t doing well? Heh their signs are up everywhere
how is wework a tech company?
Ashton Kutcher said it’s tech so it must be. He can’t be wrong, can he?
All companies go bankrupt given enough time.
