Creepy conduct of the type mentioned in the article is a potential liability. If someone can’t control themselves how can you expect them to be a level headed leader? Might as well give $$$$ to a toddler
Do CEO's and the board actually give a shit about inappropriate behavior or was this guy just not performing well? Or maybe someone high up didn't like him.
At least someone high up think inappropriate behavior is good enough reason to fire the top management, which I believe that it wouldn’t happen before.
