I am interviewing for the principal product manager role at Amazon. The recruiter is asking for comp break down that am expecting. I dont wanna to low ball myself, i would appreciate if people can help with the range and break down for this role. Thanks in advance #amazon #productmanager
OP...it'll depend on your interview performance and if you've competing offers or not. But it can be anywhere between $320K on lower end all the way up to $400K+

We, tech employees should stop giving recruiters numbers, they are supposed to give us the offer, not us asking for numbers. They honestly suck and use it against candidates sometimes if they ask for lower than expected numbers.
Even at that, I wouldn't know what is considered fair. Having someone in that role or someone with a similar offer can help know what numbers to target
