I bought a home for 550k couple of years ago. Zillow now said it is worth 700k.
I have few concerns : my home is really close to two others homes: one behind me and one on the right side. The right side is fine because it is only impacting one window but the house behind me is really really close and in front of my main living room window.
I didn't care much because I've put privacy blind but start to worry about how hard it would be to resell. Without blinds you clearly see the neighbors in their living room too.
Would have a hard time selling my home? Should i ignore the zillow estimate and just try to sell it for 550?
Other datapoint, the home behind me had been hard to sell (5 weeks in market and couldn't sell! No visit at all...) I'm not sure if it is due to that or other factors.

The home behind you tells you way more about your situation than the zestimate does.
