Pro-tip if you are planning to join Dropbox
If you are planning to join, make sure you try to join just before a quarter ends. i.e. March, June, Sep, Dec. Reason being, * 1 year cliff is usually given next year in middle of the quarter you joined. Meaning if you joined in Jan, then you will get your 1 year cliff stocks in Feb-15 of next year. But, if you joined in March end, you will still get your 1 year cliff stocks in Feb-15. * Company gives out TWIC, $1750 allowance every quarter. This amount is not pro-rated based on your joining date. Meaning, if you joined in March 11th. You still get to spend $1750 in the remaining 20 days of first quarter. TC: 220k YOE: 2.5

Great! People are nice too. They have embraced WFH more than anywhere I've seen. And in doing so they try to make sure you have more in person feeling. The studios in cities will be available soon. Perks are great. TC for new hires is too.
