WLB is team dependent, but it's much faster paced than Google (where I was before joining FB). People are smart and I like the culture, I think once the company gets out of under the dark cloud of the election stuff the stock will take off like a rocket.
Work life balance seems to be heavily team dependent but PMs (except in messenger) generally seems happy. I’m optimistic about the 5yr outlook but the picture is a lot cloudier than it was in summer of 2017
