Yeah, it’s definitely a down-leveling situation with Uber. I was quite a bit surprised. It’s Product Designer II, not even the first level of Senior. Whereas MSFT is offering me one level away from Principal
I’d definitely vote Microsoft then. That’s insane downleveling. The only upside I see for Uber is being able to work on a consumer product.
That is the L5A salary at Uber, not sure why you are given the L4 title.
