Pals, what’s the TC for Director of Product Management in your company? My TC is quite low - $230K. YOE - 15. Trying to see which companies I should target.

🌟 1 Mar 1, 2019Barriers to entry for product management are low. Besides there's no standardized test for product people. So TC is all over the charts.
Totally agree on that.
My TC went down considerably since I moved from Engg management to product management.
Big range, but anywhere from $500K - $1M+ (with stock appreciation). Keep in mind Directors at Amazon typically manage a massive business and teams of >100+.
