Based on what I see on Blind, I hear a lot of talented PMs people who are unhappy where they are. If you are not happy with the scope, impact or the work itself, please reach out. T-Mobile is looking for a few individuals who live for building amazing products and are proud to take end to end ownership of some of the largest initiatives with millions of dollars in budget. We can talk pay first and make sure it matches ur expectation, if you really are that good. What say? DM me?
The issue with PM is that you don't control the outcome of your product. Everything is done by proxy. You need to convince the engineers, the marketing guys etc etc. So at the end of the day it can be super frustrated when you are in that engineering centric culture whmith asshole engineers doing it the way they want it with that arrogant attitude
Maybe your work culture is different, but everywhere I’ve worked, if what gets built doesn’t align to the requirements, the PM won’t accept that piece of work and sends it back. Convincing other departments (and even engineers sometimes) is best done with quantitative and qualitative data that the PM should be gathering before the work even gets taken to engineers.
I see you've never worked in an engineering centric company.
What type of high impact projects does T-mobile have?
Think of it as new revenue streams that are not tied to the core business of talk/text/data.
What location?
Interested in AI PM roles . :-)
Am I late for the party? Need sponsorship though.
Too late?
IM me
Could you? I think I ran out of my limit for this month!
Lol
