145k base, 100k / 4 RSU, 0-35k bonus, 4 YoE
TC 350k (this year is 400k thanks to stock appreciation), 13 years experience (5 years in tech) As for title, it doesn't tell you much. Senior PMM vs PMM doesn't really tell you what level you are at since it can range from L3-L7 (similar to eng and PM).
TC 164 (145k base 19k bonus no RSU) 1 yr in Tech - 8 years total. Level PMM. Company: Boomi
12 yrs in tech, 8 of those in product marketing. Used to work for an analytics company. Now I do my own thing. Used to make $185k base, 20k bonuses, 30k/year stock. With benefits and all thrown in, TC was about $250k

Before i was laid off from a mobility company it was: Product marketing - Growth $140 base + $20k signin + $40k stock 6 yea Now I found another position: $125k base + $25k annual bonus + 🥜 in stocks. Found out that i will never work as hard as I did it before, because fuck them all. So working around 5-6h/d now and took 2 contracts for another 40h/mo and it gives me 5-6k additionally. Also running a course that gives $5-6k every other month. What I’m saying - don’t be focused just on one company. As with our acquisition channels where we’re trying not to depend on just one of them, I’m trying to have at least 2-3 sources of income.
