- 31 - SCV - $165k base, $160k stock (includes some RSU refreshers), usually $35-40k bonus/year - Very happy. Looking forward to transitioning to Manager 1 from ICT4 in the coming year. Just confirmed road map with my mgr during my review.

What org is it? Your RSu seems low for an ict4. Is this a product role or epm?

Amazon Ohnoi Jul 13, 2018

Is epm lower than product? My understanding is epm is higher.
