Product manager III - Technical at Amazon
Why level is Product manager III - Technical at Amazon? Is it considered senior? L6 I assume. Comp offered - $240k
What does the 3 indicate after the Product Manager?? Does it indicate level within L6? I mean most senior within the band?
Not really. It's simply an internal nomenclature that sometimes is used to describe the levels of a discipline. PM I - L4 - Associate PM PM II - L5 - Mid Level PM PM III - L6 - Senior PM But Amazon almost never hires PM II and I think PM I doesn't even exist and if it does, it is probably some special undregrad hiring program, but most likely not a real thing.
When job title only have PM, which one (I, II, or III) should assume?

There are definitely lots of L4 and L5 PMs...maybe not in your org but Ive met 30-40, and would bet hundreds exist!

PM (program manager) here PM is mostly used for Product Managers and not Program Managers Amazon does not have L4 product managers. There are only L5 and L6 product managers L6 product manager can either be a simple Product manager, product manager technical or a manager of a team of product manager (aka manager product management) PM 3 technical is the highest paid category of product managers excluding TPM (technical program manager)
What is the max TC for L6 Senior PM-T? I read it is $260k on blind. Any thoughts?

Standard L6 offer. A friend i know was offered similar comp a few months ago You can negotiate on base they can increase it to 160k thats the cap in Seattle

L6 - Yes it's senior but all TPMs I know came as L6 so it's not like there's a non-senior version of this role. Now that I think about I have never met an L5 TPM or PM.
