What are your favorite productivity tools and tips? I’ve noticed I’m significantly less productive now that so many business applications have pop-ups, and many meetings bounce me from topic to topic all day. (I have more projects now than I did 6 months ago too, so that splits my time quite a bit). How do you all handle this as your responsibilities and number of projects continue to increase?
