Is anyone a program manager at Amazon? The position I’m looking at is not technical and I was wondering if anyone knows what they look for on the resume and what the interviews are like. Thanks!

Depends on specific business unit and role/level. In general though, focus on preparing for the following LPs (prep all of them, but interviews tend to lean here): earns trust, ownership, bias for action, right a lot, disagree and commit. Also have lots of examples of leading complex ambiguous work from A to B, with cross-functional teams. Structure succinctly with problem, approach, outcome.
