I've been working in admin roles for the majority of my career and am going nowhere in my current capacity as a manager. I've inquired about more training to get a better sense of the business and to increase my skillset, was told in a roundabout way that I don't need to worry about that because that's what so & so does. Been with this company for a few years and am ready to leave - looking at getting the CAPM and heading the pm route. Any advice on those who've attempted and/or successfully transitioned into a new career? #admin

I like your plan. Starting as admin heading to Project management is the way to go
CAPM then PSM 1 or PMI-ACP or other Scrum Master certifications
