How is harness doing now ?

I know harness had issues with respect to WLB and heard that they improved upon it post receiving employee feedback in last quarter or so. Any insider thoughts on how things are now ? Also how are the IPO prospects looking (2 or 3 years from now ?) #equity #startup #harness

    They've added 10 days of PTO for everyone. I'd say it's trending in the right direction to offset pains of a startup

    WLB seem to have improved in a few teams including mine. IPO prospects are definitely good, but I feel it will take a while to go for IPO (might not be in the next 2-3 years)

    Still crap. Lot of big talk but ground reality (at least in India) is title inflation (check yoe of senior & staff engineers), shitty wlb and comparatively poor pay for mid-senior roles.
