When I ask them, if you can't come, can you please donate, most don't. Nothing in this country is free - how do they expect lobbying to be free?
It would have gone a year ago - thanks to IV for getting whiff of it and adding itself as a party to the lawsuit.
I think the best outcome here for IV is forcing the government through the rule making process and not rescind it in court.
Court granting IV to join the suit confirms that the judges think DHS won't defend the Immigrants in this case well.
