Pure storage TC for 12 year exp.
@pureStorage folks : Wondering what the TC would look like and the break up.. My background L65 Microsoft - Azure Storage/Compute teams..
I think the worst is over and they are now floating around 20 or so.
They are trapped at 20. Negative CAGR market and they just do flash and the fake NVidia thing.
Dude Cisco stock was stuck around 20 from like 2003 til 2017. That's being trapped. Not sure how you can say our stock is trapped at 20 when it has doubled over the last year.
“Past results are not and indication of future results”. Total comp you should weigh an offer based on the RSUs, cash bonus and take-home pay of course. You should never believe anyone who thinks they can read the market on any particular stock, but I think the feeling in Pure is bullish for growth going forward. Once Pure became profitable many doors opened. You should feel open to asking questions and even m, assuming you have an offer, ask to speak to one of the leadership team on why you should join. The one thing you will find about Pure is that it is an open company - sometimes too much so, but the execs will tell you the honest truth about anything they are able to, especially Coz. Hope you decide to join!

Have you tracked their quarters? Nothing personal against pure. But not sure how long can they survive like this. Maybe 4 to 6 quarters tops?
Pure Storage is a public company and you can check it’s financial health and revenue growth. Not sure where you got this perspective.
Yeah. This comment was relevant maybe 3 years ago. Not only are we public now, but we are cash flow positive and still have high growth.
