I am interviewing with pure storage. How are stock refreshes and salary hikes? Can we expect any? Tc: 250k
In general, yes, there is an annual comp review cycle (we are just finishing it now, people got their raises and rsu grants in March). If you are doing well then the company will make sure your TC stays competitive. With that said the only thing you can count on is what's written in your offer. In a year pure might be doing great with the stock at 40, giving big raises. Or we might be in a recession with the stock at 8 and people just happy not to be laid off.
What are the refresher numbers like usually?
It's all over the place depending on your level. The CEO is getting millions of $, I assume vps and directors are getting hundreds of K, and normal employees might get 10s of K vesting over 4 years.
At 40 pure will be 10 billion. I think that's possible again if company has good revenue and profits
I asked this exact question to the recruiter and was told there are no specific guidelines. In companies such as F and G, for every level there are clear guidelines on the refreshers depending on performance rating. Do you have clear guidelines in Arista?
The recruiter should give you at least the official story...
Recruiters might lie. They said they have refreshes but not sure how much.
