Zeta team handling round

Hi folks,

I have an interview for lead role called team handling with zeta coming up. I cleared their design round and this is my second round. Wanted to understand what kind of questions are asked here and what to expect if someone's already done this.

Also does lead engineer role in zeta some kind of management delegation or there's tech responsibilities as well.

Yoe: 7.5 years
Current TC : 40 L base + 10L esops

    I appeared for Zeta(EM position) for two rounds and was left with design round only, so assuming one of the initial round was team handling one. They generally explore your past experience, how you handle conflicts, low performers, PIP cases, ambitious folks, ratings conflicts etc etc. You are appearing for lead role, not sure if this is exactly you were looking for, but still sharing this. Might help someone.

      No I didn't join. I stopped my process in between. Got offer from a company I was looking forward to.
