Posting on behalf of a friend: recently got the following offer form Intel Labs for a Research Scientist position

Level: G7
Location: Hillsboro, OR

Base: 144K
RSU: 75K/3yrs
Sign-on: 25K
Relocation: Fixed (distance-based)

YoE: Fresh PhD Graduate

It would be great to get feedback from the community about the offer. For negotiation purposes, suggestions on the compensation components are appreciated.
