Got an offer from a startup Hinge Health. Any feedback on the company / culture? Thanks in advance! https://www.hingehealth.com/
Curious if you joined the company? My wife is looking at some of their open positions right now
I would like to know about the culture/work life balance at Hinge Health as well.
Bump anyone? Wife is looking into an ops role there
Anyone know anything about how generous their comp is? Stock options, refreshers, etc?
DM me. I can shed some light if still interested
Competetive base and good stocks Great people and work culture. Work load is 40-50 hrs per week
Has anyone been able to get out of manager reference check altogether? Do they ask for names only or name and contact info? I find it odd. Thanks
Any more info?
Referenece checks is last step and recruiters ask for details / consent before reaching out
TC?
Comp is competitive compared to a series D company
Still doesn’t explain about bad interview process fron dozen reviews on Glassdoor.
When we ask managers name it’s just to add context to your job. Its a pretty standard interview round where we want to know you and your past experience in detail Recruiters reach out to managers for reference as last step and ask for consent and confirmation before reaching out A lot of people mis interpret and dont ask clarification before posting on Glassdoor etc. Overall a great interview experience for engineers where you don’t have to spend half your life prepping for interview. It is very practical and around your day to day job
Leaving apple for a startup ?
Did you end up taking hinge health offer?
