What organizations are in this office? How many people? Can you bullet point the benefits? If you had to guess total comp for an L6 TPM, what would you say?

The Seattle teams I've worked with are solid IMHO. I won't try and guess comp etc since I don't know, but there's both backend and customer facing projects there. I agree with pfwj23, reach out, interview and see if you like the projects and find things here challenging. Also parental leave is 17 weeks for primary and 6 weeks for secondary and covers born/adopted/surrogate.

Just apply and get an offer -- trying to benchmark ahead of time isnt that productive given how wide any potential range could be -- PM me if you want to chat, I know some teams up there

Uber internally is trying to be a lot more sensitive in its culture. The problems are challenging (thing I will miss the most when I leave).

Uber is kinda frugal with benefits: monthly credits that would last you about 15 average rides, lots of team esp outside bay area have good work life balance. 6 weeks parental leave. Typical SV perks are all around: ping pong, pool, food all day etc.

Biggest upside is the private equity, obviously assuming you still believe in the potential.
