Hey all.
So I’ve read about multiple TC offers, & actually have seen 2
1- $110k base/$60k Y1/$40k Y2/42 RSU
2- $140k base/$73k Y1/$53k Y2/57 RSU
Seeing how these quite a bit in total TC (especially in base), I wonder how they rank overall? Obviously offer 2 is much higher, but just how high can they go? What would be a good total TC to negotiate for?
Current TC- $115🥜

But considering your current TC - I would expect your YOE is on the lower side. Mine was on the higher for this role and I was already making $300k OTE and had recent $400k+ W2s in my current role prior to AWS
Cloud/tech based sales- none however.
What do you mean non premium?
$298-$300 isn’t bad at all. If you dint mind, Could you share your base/cash bonus/RSU offer in messages perhaps?
You can PM me. I'll be honest - my entire YOE has been in technical/SaaS sales and my experience is that $300K is fairly top of market at the moment for tenured, proven AEs with technical sales experience. I've seen higher at the big 3 cloud providers but those are usually L6+ at this point. I wouldn't get your hopes up quite yet, especially if you haven't even been through loop.
