I know the no company is better or worse and work is more important. But perceived prestige is important from employability POV because higher the prestige, more the recruiters contacting you.
The sole purpose is getting constantly contacted by recruiters

Overall I love working here, and the fact that itโs a โsmallโ company. I donโt think Iโd want to go back to a tech giant. So my next move would def be something even smaller.
