Read Cracking the PM Interview and go to Meetups.
Take a look at the TPM interview prep guide: https://engineerseekingfire.com/how-to-prepare-for-technical-program-manager-interviews/
1. Read up on grokking the system design. You don't need the paid version there's a few chapters in the free version that should help. 2. Pick up a good playlist on YouTube for system design. Try to watch the entire playlist. Watch it again. Write stuff down that you don't get. 3. Write examples of situations you've been in to answer at interview, such as challenging situations and so on. 4. Screw your manager for not letting you pursue your passion and Good luck!
