How good are these offers for a Sr. BIE? Just opinions sake.

Hey guys, I'm in the middle of changing jobs. When you shift companies, what %age increase in salary can be considered reasonable?

My current TC is $140k in Chicago. $112k base + 25% bonus ($28k) as a regular BIE.

Bloom Energy in California offered $155k TC. $140k base + 10% bonus. $5k signing bonus. 2000 - 3000 RSUs given over 4 years, Equity 5% and fully remote work. Warm climate. How do I convert these RSUs into a monetary value? How much are they worth?

Abbvie in California offered $165k TC. $135k base + 22% bonus. Signing bonus undecided. Fully remote work. Warm climate.

Sotheby's in NYC offered hybrid work. Offices open next week. $165K TC. $150k base + 10% bonus. Signing bonus undecided.

All 4 companies are offering H1b and Green Card sponsorship. Perks are all relatively the same. I'm leaning more towards Abbvie but Bloom is attractive too.

Please answer my question about the RSUS and any help to evaluate these offers would be appreciated!

    So if you’re getting RSUs ask your recruiter how they calculate the value and clarify the vesting schedule. Is there a cliff? Different companies do it different ways. Also, If it’s a remote job, why does climate matter?

      Because I live in Chicago and winters really aggravate my depression for 5 months. So weather matters to me and remote allows me to move out the city to warmer pastures. I didn't grow up in a snow country and I've lived in the Midwest for 5 years now. I have gots to move!!
