Hi all, noob and aspirational home buyer.
I heard areas such as Cupertino/Sunnyvale are very expensive.
Scrolling through redfin I found below home listed at 1.5m.
I wanted to ask what am I missing? Is there any particular reason it is at 1.5 and not around 2.5+?
What factors shoot up the price for a home?
Apologies for the noob questions. Appreciate the help.
