I have a virtual on-site with Latch coming up. Does anyone know what kind of interview questions I should expect? LC? Real life programming problems?
Also, how's WLB? Culture? Etc?

Any insight to the company and interview questions will be greatly appreciated.

    It was alright. Standard mix of leetcode + design + behavior rounds.
    They're on some hiring freeze so I'm moving forward with other offers.

    They are no longer in hiring pause. They were for few weeks only in anticipation of new approved head counts to come out for 2022

      I want to say before pause 3-4 business days. Things were definitely moving slow due to the pause but then the pause was only till this week. Expecting headcount next week. We were able to get some critical offers out today that got stuck from 2021 approved hc
