With Covid, I am feeling very stressed out at work and the deadlines has not changed at all. With work from home and toddler at home, it is taking a big toll on my health and my family life as well. There is evident change in my toddler's character since the poor child does not knwo what to do if both parents are super busy with work. We do not want our toddler to go to day care during Covid. What are the options you recommend? Manager just states that everyone works on saturday and sunday as well. I am hardly sleeping for 4-5 hours a day. Should I take FMLA? I have 2-3 weeks of vacation. The work culture is also very brutal and nobody seems to understand. Should I just quit the job?
