I got a new grad offer from ServiceNow this summer and am also likely to get a Microsoft Summer 2022 internship offer. I graduate Dec 2022 and am trying to decide if I should accept my ServiceNow new grad offer or intern at Microsoft Summer 2022 -> Reject ServiceNow -> Get Microsoft return offer (very high return offer rate). My issue is that Microsoft pays less than ServiceNow but has arguably better WLB, benefits, and clout. I'm not sure how either compare in the tech world so I'm hoping software engineers here will give me some insight on which is a better choice to take for my career.
However, it comes down to one question: Should I work for ServiceNow for the $$$ but less transferable skills or Microsoft for less base pay?
