Under normal circumstances, I'd tell you to push for 50k signing (and 150k stock if you have competing offers).
But this is not a normal circumstance. Microsoft has been in hiring freeze for a few weeks now... I'm not even sure how on Earth you managed to get an offer lol
As far as I know, we stop making offers for candidates interviewed after March 20th. You have no idea how lucky you are to even have gotten the offer. Even internal transfers are frozen now.
