Trying to coordinate the scheduling multiple interviews is a nightmare when Recruiters just ask for a list of availabilities over multiple days. It turns into a synchronous waiting game while needing to wait sometimes multiple days for them to select a free time block.
Recruiters tossing a calendly link and letting me directly schedule a time simply works so much better. Am I missing something from a recruiting perspective that would advocate for using the boomer way of email scheduling?
