I know how horrible WLB is in Amazon but considering how many people have left the company and how desperate the HR’s and managers are right now to hire new people, did they do any large structural changes to improve WLB or PIP culture? I know that they pay a lot, not talking about just money here. I have easily 30+ people pinging me to interview.
I want to know if should I consider Amazon as a decent option or not?
