Why doesn't OpenAI offshore and reduce expense by 80%
Check out this post! "How is mixpanel? (Startups)" https://us.teamblind.com/s/55cQPHOU
OMG. Their glassdoor is the worst I've seen.
Wow. That sounds shitty
Mixpanel has peaked or plateaued as a business. Their founder/ceo squandered the chance for big growth. Now they’re shrinking in upside. They should have sold themselves already. Now it’s just a matter of how much value they lose before that happens
I am currently considering an offer from them. Would you strongly recommend against going there?
I would talk to real people at the company, not someone random who could be getting their info third hand through a disgruntled ex employee.
Lol “disgruntled ex employees”. That’s exactly who he should be listening to. If you’ve got a gig at Microsoft (like he does)...you’ve got something to lose by working at MP. Of all the later staged startups to consider why in the world would recommend someone work at a company that is led by a volatile child?! It says something about you that you categorize all ex employees that way
Perhaps it’s worth it for a change of pace and potential big title bump? Seems like SV has a senior executive problem. They are too busy to train on how to be execs.
I simply said could be from a disgruntled ex, which there are many. There are also many who have been at the company for 2, 3, 4 years, and aren't leaving. Why not hear different points of view before making a decision?
Whoa maybe all is well?
