    My experience has been great so far in one of the DTC orgs I’ve been in since April. Lots of challenges and growth opportunities. Discovery+ is strong compared to existing streaming products.

    WLB is great, self imposed but there’s plenty of time off. 3 weeks vacation, 2 weeks sick days, handful of PTO, 14 stat holidays including multiple half days before major holidays.
