Dear mothers and expectant mothers, have you faced discrimination at work during pregnancy ? I am currently an SRE in Adobe DX . My story: after announcing my boss that I was pregnant I was removed from on call against my will and put on a side track. I missed my promotion and got the lowest salary bonus since joining Adobe.
I also want to learn from your experience !

Here in my team I have two examples.
1. Lady coworker got pregnant, took a good 6 months off in 2018 came back and did not want to be a developer any more since it was hectic. Manager facilitated her role change without salary impact, after all we wanted to retain her knowledge.
2. Buddy of mine took 4.5 months paternity leave, covid19 struck and he was worried, came back in the same role just fine.
